Litovel brewery
The tradition of brewing beer in Litovla dates back to 1291, when King Wenceslas II. grants the city the right to brew. At that time, beer was brewed in 57 legal brewing houses. In 1747, the first brewery with a malt house was established in Litovla, and in 1814, the Municipal Brewery was put into operation.
