We can sleep in the morning. When we arrived in Přerov yesterday, we already learned that we can go today to see how slivovice is made. It's super. I already helped with the preparation of fruit - starting kvass. I saw what it was doing in the barrel - how it was fermenting there. So now I will finally see the other – equally important procedure. The question is what is more important. If the kvass is bad, there may not even be anything to burn...
