Pišt - highway double bridge (PE)

At approximately the 77th km, the D1 highway leads through the Švihov (Želivka) water reservoir. The bridge over the reservoir is double - there is another bridge under the highway. It is part of the highway built since 1939. It was completed in 1942. It was not used during the construction of the current highway in the 70s, because it did not suit the width or the steep approaches (it had a small height).
