The original fortress, dating from the fifteenth century, was built in the middle of the settlement of Paskov. It was modified in the Renaissance and in the 17th century and rebuilt in the early Baroque four-winged castle. The last pseudo-baroque modifications and the addition of a very beautiful chapel took place in 1913-1914. Nowadays, the building serves as a hospital facility.
