In Horní Maxov, there is a monument made up of a total of twelve stones. The two outermost ones are empty, nine of them hide the names of fallen heroes, and a large stone informs what the monument is actually dedicated to. It is surrounded by a golden fence, which was built in 2012 during the repair of this monument.
