A scumbag

Palhanec is a small settlement that is part of the local part of Opava, namely Vávrovice. The settlement extends from the northwestern edge of Opava and on the right bank of the river Opava. The first written mention of this settlement is from 1710. Most of the territory in this settlement is occupied by an industrial zone and several sewage tanks.
