The artefact that decorates the space in front of the Ostrava House of Arts, i.e. Umělecká street, has a brutal effect. Here, a strange creature (or device?) in the form of a helix or corkscrew climbs out of the pavement. If the creature has eyes, they are hidden behind dark glasses.
