Osmecký splav
Not far from the current Osmecký bridge in Ostravica below the settlement of Kurečkovice, there are the remains of a massive dam and another smaller one a little higher upstream of the Bučací potok, under the second of the bridges (where it crosses from the right bank back to the left bank). The debris comes from a raft from 1859, where water flowed through a wooden trough to the wheels of the sawmill in Ostravica (the sawmill is still in operation, the drive was steam from 1890, now electric).
