Opava, the city of museums

Our goal is the Silesian "metropolis" Opava, which we can rightly call a "city of museums" if only because the local Silesian Regional Museum is sometimes referred to as the imaginary gateway to Silesia and is also the oldest public museum in the Czech Republic. And that means something after all. However, it is certainly not the only important institution of this type in the Opava cadastre, and that is why we are going here...
