The Ondřejnice River originates in the Moravian-Silesian Region, on the slopes of the Ondřejník Mountains, at an altitude of about 740 m. Along the way, it joins several smaller and larger streams. Its length is 13 km from the source to the mouth. It is a right-hand tributary of the Odra River, into which it flows at the border of the Polanská Niva protected natural area.
