Around Kaňkov
I am walking along the red marked path. The first stop is at the new viewpoint on the edge of the forest. From here, there is a view of Braňany, part of the Bohemian Central Mountains and the Bílina mine. Information panels at the viewpoint describe the mining of brown coal at this mine. After the red one, I climb the Kaňkov hill. From the top crag there is a wonderful view of the opposite Želenický vrch, Zlatník and the nearby Most. I keep going down the red road to the former…
