From train to train - From Břeclav via Soutok via Pohansko and Lány castles to Lanžhota

The route leads from the Břeclav railway station past the Dyje river, enters the Soutok nature reserve, reaches the Pohansko castle through floodplain forest, continues through the wetland meadows of Černý jezer until it comes to the Lány castle and from there through the Lány meadows and then through the forest to the edge of the nature reserve.
