The municipality of Timișoara, an interesting place from the point of view of modern history

The small village of Temešvár is located approximately ten kilometers from the town of Písek on the 1st class road connecting Písek and Tábor. The original name of the village was Nová Ves, but this name was changed to the village in honor of the victory of the Austrian army over the Turkish army on October 12, 1717 near the Romanian city of Termešvár.
