Hrčava village
Hrčava is the easternmost populated part of the Czech Republic. It is located in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the district of Frýdek - Místek. Today, approximately 260 inhabitants live in the village. The first mention of the village is from 1645 in connection with the construction of small fortresses to defend the border of Tešín against invasions from the Hungarians.
