About Tišnov City Hall
This is the most interesting building standing on Náměstí Míru. Its present form dates back to 1906. It is actually a kind of historicizing "new construction" that was realized according to the project of Vladimír Fischer, an architect from Brno. (It should be added that the first Tišnov wooden town hall stood on this site already in the sixteenth century, and it was only changed to a stone one in the third quarter of the eighteenth century.)
