Nový Bydžov - Church of the Seven Pains Mother of God

Some sources refer to it as the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, others as the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, and the third possibility is the cemetery chapel of the Virgin of the Seven Sorrows, luckily I don't know about the other possibility....
