Novomlýnský pond is located on the northwestern edge of Jirkov, about 4 km north of Chomutov. Next to Novomlýn Pond is the area of the swimming pool at Červený Hrádek. The area of the pond is 4,5 ha. and its main function is recreation and fish farming. Cottages at the Novomlýn Pond are shown below.
