Nová Paka - Legion - memorial plaque and birthplace of Ladislav Zívr

The birthplace of Ladislav Zívr is located on Legií Street No. 30 in front of the railway bridge in the direction of Jičín, opposite the polyclinic.
Zívr was an important Czech sculptor of the 20th century. He was a member of the artistic association Group 42. He was influenced by cubism and surrealism. He depicted various abstractions, the relationship between man and machine or nature.
