Hand painted maps are a small work of art. Unlike the cartographic ones, you won't find contour lines or a confusing mess of lines and numbers in them. On the other hand, individual houses, trees, rivers, cultural monuments and roads are captured in detail. They are so clear that every adult and child can read them. One map is created under the hands of painters for several weeks to months.
