The oldest and largest elm in the Czech Republic

This memorial tree has one more advantage: It is located in the easternmost village of the Czech Republic – in Bukovec. An age estimate from 2003 spoke of 280 years, but later experts came to an estimate of 360 years. The tree has a circumference of 715 cm and a height of 35 to 45 m.
