Náchod's so-called New Town Hall is located on the south side of Masaryk Square. It was built in the Neo-Renaissance style in 1902-04 according to the project of architect František Podhájský. The building is decorated with figural sgraffito, which was created based on cartoons by Mikoláš Alš in 1909.
