The route starts in Lower Moravia and leads through Upper Moravia along the blue tourist trail to the border with Poland. From there, continue climbing along the border ridge to Klepáče hill, following the green hiking trail. The source of the river Nysi Klodzke is also located on the route, a little beyond the Horní Morava, CZ/PL border crossing.
