To Šumburk Castle for distant views of the region
Šumburk Castle (Šumná) was built on the top of Klášterecká Mountain by William of Šumburk between 1431-35. We can see the Beautiful Ruin on top of a lonely hill visible from afar. The best approach to the castle is from the main road No. 13 to Klášterecká Jeseň and a dirt road to reach or walk to the abandoned Šumná farm. From there, you just have to climb to the top of the hill with the ruins...
