The Romanesque church of Saint Morice, one of the oldest in the region, was built at the turn of the 1,5th and 12th centuries on Mouřenec hill above the village (about 13 km after the red marker). The church served as a parish for German settlers for centuries. It was repaired in 1992.
There are nice views of the surroundings and Kašperk Castle from Mouřenac.
