The "Kameňák" bridge over the Elbe between Plácky and Věkoš
One of the most beautiful bridges in Králové Hradec Králové is the so-called Kamenák bridge, which crosses the Elbe river and thus ensures the connection between the formerly separate municipalities of Plácky and Věkoše. It was created as part of the large-scale regulation of the Elbe River, when the banks were cleaned and the bed itself modified.
