The last unregulated section of the Morava River in the lower reaches begins below the Vnorovský weir. Here, Moravia enters the area of ​​soft sands known as the "Moravian Sahara". Today, the dunes are planted with a pine forest, and only the huge sand pit in Bzenec Přívoz resembles a desert.
