Mníšek pod Brdy - pilgrimage site Skalka
The unique Baroque area of Skalka is made up of – at least most often stated – three buildings, namely the church or chapel of St. Mary Magdalene, monastery and hermitage. In fact, we can find much more here, and the fact that this place is often associated with such important names in the history of our art and architecture, such as Kryštof Dienzenhofer, Karel Škréta, Petr Brandl, is also interesting.
