Míšeňský důl is a wide and rugged wooded valley of the left-bank tributary of the Lesenské brook between the ruins of Tolštejn and Jeléní kameny. The mine is named after the Meissen miners who were called here by Jiří from Šlejnice in the middle of the 16th century, but it is also often referred to as the Sýkoří mine.
