The baroque church of St. Nicholas is located in the middle of the town, on the right side of the road leading through Vilémov to Dolní Poustevna. It is a three-nave building, 50 meters long, 20 meters wide and 18 meters high. The first church stood in Mikulášovice as early as 1346, and even before that there was supposed to be a chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas.
