The village of Malé Hradisko is located in the northern part of the Drahanská vrchovina, halfway (road no. 150) between Prostějov and Boskovice (both cities are approx. 20 km away). Apart from the central Malé Hradisk, the municipality consists of the local parts of Trpinka (602 masl) and Skřivánkov (550 masl). Approximately two kilometers as the crow flies to the northeast lies the settlement of Okluky (425 masl).
