Křemešník - a place of pilgrimage in the Pelhřimov region.
In the 13th and 14th centuries, the Rožmberk family and the Trčk family from Lípa operated silver mining on the slopes of Křemešník; abandoned shafts after the end of mining later served as hermits' dwellings. In 1555, a wooden chapel dedicated to the Holy Trinity was built on Křemešník. It became a popular place of pilgrimage and in 1651 it was built with funds from the town of Pelhřimov...
