Machová - pond below the village

 
The landscape in the Zlín region is not enlivened by as many ponds as can be seen mainly in southern Bohemia, but there are plenty of smaller breeding ponds around the regional capital as well. One of them is located 0.5 km south of the village of Machová. It has the shape of a trapezoid with sides of 150 x 100 meters and is surrounded by a draw, bows and fields.
