The Lupěného dam is built at the confluence of the Moravská Sázava and the Nemilka stream. It is located on 8,2 river kilometers. It is a solid reinforced concrete weir with a stock threshold. The length of the raft is stated to be 21,7 m, on the left bank there is a sluice gate with a width of 5,35 m. The height of the weir is a total of 2 m. The weir has no culvert or fish passage.
