Luhačovice – Jan's (Jurkovič's) house
One of the symbols of the Moravian spa town of Luhačovice - and probably its most famous building and monument - is undoubtedly the beautiful Jurkovič House. We can find it on Lázeňské náměstí (no. 109), in close proximity to the colonnade, and perhaps only a few people know that this name has been used since sometime in 1947 or 1948. Until then, it was Janův's house. After all, we can still read on the facade of this building today…
