The castle is located in the village of Loučná nad Desnou in the Šumpers region in the Olomouc Region. The castle is a four-story, four-wing building around a rectangular courtyard. There is a Renaissance entrance portal on the south facade. The castle is surrounded by a large park where a memorable 600-year-old linden tree grows. The castle is not open to the public and was used as an educational institution.
History
Around 1608, the Žerotín family started the construction of a Renaissance castle.…
