It was built in the second half of the 17th century at the expense of the then owner of the Lomnica manor, František Serenyi, at the same time as the Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary as an architectural part of a uniformly designed square designed by GP Tencalla. Today, this is the basis of a very valuable monument zone of the township.
