Vaněk Quarry

The Vaněk quarry is located a short distance from Skorošice on the right side of the road from Žulová to Javorník, about 2 km northwest of Žulová. The quarry is easily accessible from the main road. There is a gentler entry into the water on the southeast side. Swimming here is at your own risk. The quarry is worth visiting even in the season when swimming is not desirable. Not far from the quarry is the natural monument Skalka pod Kaní horou.
