About 3,5 km from the train station in Beroun is the abandoned Kosov quarry, consisting of several floors and a beautiful emerald lake at the bottom. If you are standing in Beroun in front of the station hall facing the city, turn left and cross the bridge over the tracks (Tyršova Street).
