Homolák Quarry
The Homolák quarry is located about 2 km from the village of Vinařice, district of Beroun. It can be easily reached from the village by following the green tourist sign. At the crossing of the hiking trail with the road (marked with a blue circle on the map in the gallery), turn right and follow this road to the quarry itself. Limestone was mined in the quarry in the past. Currently, there is no mining here, but a load is imported here from active nearby quarries...
