Antonka Quarry

Antonský lom is located about 600m west of the village of Antonka and about 1500m northeast of Kamenice nad Lipou.
Antonka Quarry is used as a natural swimming pool in the summer. Visibility in the water, which otherwise hovers around a respectable 4 meters, then deteriorates considerably. But even so, it is one of the cleanest natural swimming pools in southern Bohemia. The water temperature here is not exactly the highest, because due to the great depth, the water heats up really slowly. There is very little life on the bottom, except for the frogs and frogs that can be heard in the quarry in the summer and the bottom is full of them in the winter, nothing lives here. The water is acidic, the bottom is flat, the terrain is clear.
