Mountain settlement near the southwestern edge of the town of Jeseník. The exit to the surrounding spas (Jeseník, Lipová), to the Lázeňské pramen, Na pomezí cave and to the Šerák peak with the chairlift's final station and excellent conditions for skiing. The "Dolní Lipová" car park is available on site.
