Lipno II

The Lipno II Dam was built on the western edge of the town of Vyšší Brod on the Vltava River and serves as a balancing reservoir for the Lipno Dam Reservoir. It captures the rushes of water that arise during the peak operation of the Lipno power plant and discharges them further into the river without fluctuating flows.
