The history of the village of Lípa, which is located on the right bank of Divoká Orlice, goes back a long way. 1000 years ago, the lord's court stood at the upper end, apparently named after a large linden tree - i.e. Lípa. The yard apparently used to be in the places where the motor station stands today, as evidenced by the system of Old Roads that connected there.
