Linden on Purka

This memorial tree grows on the outskirts of Mirošov, near the chapel on an artificial mound. The place has an interesting history - there used to be a fortress, which was destroyed in retaliation for the robberies of its owners. This heart-shaped linden was declared a memorial tree (respectively a protected natural creation) on 21 November 11 by a decree of the National Forestry Authority of Rokycany.
