There are plenty of war memorials or symbolic graves (in public places) in our country, basically in every larger village and sometimes in smaller ones as well.
Not all of them survived in perfect condition. In our regions, the damage was done mainly in those areas where the German-speaking population lived. In the new conditions after 1945, a number of monuments dedicated to the victims of the First World War were often damaged.…
