A small village located below Libhošťská hůrka at an altitude of 290 meters above sea level, next to the main road leading from Příbor to Nové Jičín. The village was probably founded in the second half of the 13th century. The first written mention is from 1411. At the beginning of the 15th century, the village belonged to the Štramber manor, and from 1533 to the Novojičín-Štramber manor. The vicarage dates back to 1778, the school from the mid-18th century...
