Libeň Synagogue
The Libeňská Synagogue (today also called Synagoga na Palmovka) stands near the Palmovka metro station. Already in the sixteenth century, a Jewish quarter was established in Libni, which expanded considerably in the middle of the eighteenth century, when Jews, expelled by Empress Maria Theresa from the inner part of Prague, resettled here.
