Náměšť nad Oslavou Airport
The Náměšť nad Oslavou military airport was built in close proximity to the village of Sedlec in the late 50s. Its history is closely linked with the 20th Fighter Aviation Regiment (20. slp), later renamed the 20th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment (20. sbolp). In its arsenal were MiG-15, Su-7, L-29 and Su-22 aircraft. After the revolution and disintegration, Su-25 aircraft moved to the base. Less than three years here…
