Ledeč nad Sázavou - statue of Master Jan Hus

It is located on the west side of the main Husova náměstí. The statue of Jan Hus is larger than life size, created here from artificial stone by Tábor sculptor Rudolf Kubeš. The impetus for its creation was given by the local theater association "Tyl". Master Jan is holding an open book in his right hand with the inscription "Truth wins". The statue was unveiled in May 1926.
