Lanžhot - museum

The museum was opened in 1994 from the collections of the local Museum and Folklore Circle. Initially, the exhibits were placed in the former Hájenec, but it was possible to acquire a historical building on the square, which was reconstructed and in 2003 a new, expanded exhibition was installed in it.
Today's building dates from 1857 (the date on the beam above the door) and is entered through a painted door with Slovak motifs.…
